The full rebuild — with the people doing it alongside you.
Six weeks. The complete P3R presence rebuild in a small, carefully selected cohort. The methodology is the same as the Launchpad. What's different is the company — and what peer accountability does to deployment.
Deploying alone is where most people stall. Deploying with peers who are doing the same work, at the same moment, changes what actually happens in the field.
The people in this cohort have the same gap, in different situations. Their read on your rebuilt presence is often the most useful signal you'll get.
The final session reviews what shifted across the cohort — patterns, adjustments, what held and what didn't. More data than any 1:1 closing can provide.
Six weeks. Same methodology as the Launchpad. Peer accountability built into every phase.
PPA and FIT for each participant. Individual diagnostics — the gap is specific to each person. Then the full P3R rebuild: presence architecture, core message set, written and verbal, LinkedIn rewrite. Peer review built into the design phase.
Output: individual diagnostic + full presence architecture.
Each participant deploys in their own market with their own rebuilt presence. Weekly cohort check-ins — what's landing, what isn't, what to adjust. Real feedback from peers who understand the method and the stakes.
Output: market-tested presence, adjustments made in real time.
Individual closing FIT for each participant. Shared closing session — patterns across the cohort, what shifted, what the natural next step is for each person. Written closing note per participant.
Output: verified shift, closing FIT, written note, cohort review.
Why the cohort format works better for deployment.
The cohort advantageThe diagnosis and design phases are individual — your gap is specific to you and the rebuild has to match. But deployment is where most people stall. Accountability is the step that prevents people from walking the talk. The cohort makes accountability structural, not motivational.
You see your blind spots faster
Peers who've just rebuilt their own presence notice things in yours that you can't see yet. And you notice things in theirs. That cross-feedback loop is worth more than any single facilitator observation.
Deployment becomes a shared commitment
When six people are deploying simultaneously and reporting back weekly, the social pressure to actually do it — and do it properly — is real. Not motivational. Structural.
You leave with a network that understands
The people in this cohort have done the same diagnostic work, in different situations. They understand what Professional Presence means in practice. That's a rare network to have.

Cohorts are curated. Participants are selected for complementary situations — different paths, similar stakes. The peer dynamic only works if the group is right.
The first cohort will run at a preferential rate for founding participants. Reach out to discuss availability and fit.
Prefer 1:1? The Launchpad delivers the same methodology in a private format — without the cohort dynamic but with more individual attention throughout.

- →You want the full rebuild — and you know you deploy better with accountability than alone
- →You value peer feedback from people who understand the stakes — not just the support of a facilitator
- →You've tried to implement alone before and it stalled — not because the work was wrong, but because the accountability wasn't there
- →You want to leave with a network of peers who understand Professional Presence — not just a document
- →You're comfortable with the cohort format and see the peer dynamic as an asset, not a constraint
Not sure if cohort or 1:1 is right for you? That's the first question the enquiry conversation answers.
Not sure which is right?
The right starting point if you want to locate the gap before committing to a full rebuild. Most Accelerator participants come through here first.
